1 Persian Cucumber
1 inch Ginger
1 Apple Chopped
1 half Lemon Juiced
1 cup Ice
1 cup Water

This smoothie has low amounts of sugar (one apple), is full of anti-inflammatories (ginger), and is bursting with nutrient-dense greens that keep it light while giving your body vitamins A, C, K, magnesium, folate and iron.
