Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 King Oyster Mushroom
1/4 pound Enoki Mushrooms
Bell Peppers
200 grams Watercress Or any greens of choice
4 tablespoons Irish Moss Gel optional
Sea Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Grape Seed Oil

Mushroom soup

This mushroom soup is an asian style cuisine. It's simple, it looks good and tastes good!

This mushroom soup will warm you up in the winter, it’s tasty and filling.  Best of all it’s easy to make and doesn’t take long.

Wash all veggies and mushrooms.

Cut up the king oyster mushroom into chunks. You can cut it crosswise into 2 inch chunks and then cut each chunk legthwise

Pull apart enoki mushroom bundle into small bundles. These mushrooms come stuck together in that's how they grow so pull them part into smaller bundles. No need to separate them all

Cut up the bell pepper and leafy greens into bite size piece

Bring a pot of spring water to a boil, optionally add 3-4 tablespoons of sea moss gel and stir it in and break it up. This makes the soup thicker. Once water is boiling reduce heat to low and add mushrooms and veggies. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes

Salt to taste and and a tablespoon of grape seed oil
